Who said the real estate market is falling apart? Not Mukesh Ambani, the world’s 5^th richest man with $46 billion dollar is getting ready to build this IMO ugly building costing about $2 billion dollars!! It is rumored to have 400,000 square feet of space and when it’s completed in 2009 the building will be filled with gizmos I can only imagine.
