Rancilio Classe 10 – The divine espresso maker

rancilio classe 10
I have yet to meet a person who wouldn’t trade an arm and a leg for that illusive perfect cup of espresso. Catering to coffee connoisseurs like you and me the specialist coffee machine vendors, Rancilio have developed the magnificent Classe 10 espresso machine. The unit aptly caters to the requirements of upscale outfits that desire to retain the traditional standards of coffee making but also want to incorporate modern technology in the same. Constructed entirely with aluminum, the innovative espresso machine features an expanded pre-infusion chamber proficient in extracting the finest brew which assures optimum taste and aroma. The components of the unit are fully accessible for technical inspection making the machine very easy to own and to maintain. Since the company’s Classe 8 costs over $9,500, we should expect the Classe 10 to cost something around that mark.

Dub Pimpstar rims – Stunning light images on your car’s wheels

pimpstar rim

I have no idea whether they are legal or not, but the Pimpstar rims from Dub Custom Wheels are a huge leap forward in the evolution of the wheel. With the PimpStar’s built-in full color LED lights, microprocessor and wireless modem, you can display virtually any image, including text, graphics, logos, and even digital photos. That’s simply amazing. The included software lets you create your own images and send them to each wheel individually or all wheels at the same time as you drive. You also have the option to pre-load up to six images into each wheel and program them to change automatically at the time intervals. The wheels are environmentally sealed and are powered by the vehicle electrical system. These Pimpstar rims come in chrome finish and the pricing starts at US $11,950. Check out the stunning video after the jump.

CarCapsule Protective Bubble For Your Ride

CarCapsule (Image courtesy The Green Head)

I’m of the opinion that if you’re going to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on an expensive sports car, you should be out driving and enjoying it at every opportunity. But since I also live in a city that’s covered in ice, snow and road salt at the moment, I can understand why you’d want to put it in storage during certain parts of the year. However, even when sitting in a garage the vehicle can still get dirty or damaged, and that’s why the CarCapsule doesn’t seem like that crazy of an idea.

The capsule itself is made of super-tough, 10 mil PVC that’s not only anti-static and flame retardant, but is also impervious to oil, gas and antifreeze. Once you lay the base out on the floor, you simply park your vehicle on top and then zip the clear vinyl dome all around it. A built-in fan then inflates the dome, keeping it from touching the vehicle. Once it’s inflated though, the fan keeps running to constantly circulate the filtered air inside and keep the car smelling fresh while it’s in storage.

The CarCapsule is available from the AutoSport Catalog and ranges in price from $269 for an 8-foot version, to $419 for a 22-foot version.

FOZI Tripod Can Be Carried In Your Wallet

FOZI Tripod (Image courtesy Timetale)

Most people buy a compact P&S digital camera because they’re convenient to carry around. You don’t need to bring a bag full of accessories like lenses or a tripod to take half-decent photographs. But there are still times when you might need to prop up the camera, whether for taking self-portraits or for keeping it steady during long exposure night-time shots.

So while it might not be as versatile as a tripod with a ball head, the FOZI’s real advantage is that it can easily fit in your wallet when folded down. It’s made from durable polypropylene plastic and the flexible hinges will survive over 1000 full reversals, meaning that with normal use it should survive a lot longer than that. A series of notches cut into each side allow it to hold a variety of cameras at different angles, and it can even be used to support your PMP of choice when you get tired of holding it in your hand.

The FOZI Tripod is available on the Timetale website in pink, red, blue, black, white, clear and clear striped for about $8.

Air Shadow Ceiling Fan With Retractable Blades

Air Shadow Retractable Blade Ceiling Fan (Images courtesy Trendir)

There’s been a recent trend of hiding electronics around the house, whether it involves a TV that disappears behind a painting, or something as simple as a shield to keep a powerbar full of adapters out of sight. While I don’t understand why someone would be embarrassed about having a TV in the living room, I can still appreciate the coolness of having it automatically disappear at the push of a button. However I’m not really sure why someone would want the same functionality in a ceiling fan.

The Air Shadow series from Fanimation is a pretty high-tech looking 4-blade ceiling fan that is capable of automatically retracting the blades when not in use. In its bare form the retracted blades are still visible, but if you attach an available glass bowl or light shade kit to the underside they will effectively disappear from sight. And again, while being able to automatically retract is admittably a pretty cool feature, it seems like a lot of pointless extra engineering to me.

The bare version of the Air Shadow pictured above will set you back about $499.95, but the extra lighting kits that hang below can take the price up to $899.95.

Elisha Cuthbert Bikini Pictures!

Elisha Cuthbert Pictures

I’d like to start off by saying that I don’t like Elisha Cuthbert’s ridiculous glasses, short hair, and the fact that she smokes. But I do like that she’s in a bikini and has got some serious nipple action going on. You know, after seeing last year’s Elisha Cuthbert bikini pictures, I thought we may have lost her to the battle of the bulge. I’m glad she trimmed down, and proved once again that she’s a hot piece of ass to be reckoned with. Good job Elisha, you’re Tuna-approved.
