How’s that for customer service! The offer is to swap out their customer’s HD-DVD player for Blu-Day players, and the customer pay for the difference in price. I’ve also heard from ShinyShiny that they’ll even give a gift card for the full HD-DVD purchase price if the cusomter doesn’t want a Blu-Ray Play!
