Concorde?s landing gear is anticipated to fetch something over $2,700. If you think the bids are very low, let me tell you that the Concorde’s trademark needle nose, valued at a mere $13,000, was auctioned off for $634,000. The proceedings will go into the construction of Aeroscopia, a planned airline park in the French City of Toulou and will speak the history of Aerospatiale Toulouse, the maker of Concorde.
